What's the difference between Grill and Complete Set?
The Grill skin covers the front only. The Complete Set covers all 5 sides (grill, back, left, right and top). Grill skins are made from a special perforated material that lets the sound pass through, while keeping a large printable area so your design and text stay sharp.
Is the grill itself included?
No, we only make skins - not SOUNDBOKS parts. If you need a new grill, head to SOUNDBOKS.COM.
Will the skin fit my SOUNDBOKS precisely?
We make skins for SOUNDBOKS 2, 3, 4, Mix and Rider. Every skin is cut from SOUNDBOKS' technical drawings and fine-tuned to prevent peeling. Each SOUNDBOKS is built from wood, so units can vary a tiny bit – and we keep refining our measurements.
Is it easy to apply?
Most customers apply the skin themselves. Think of it like a big screen protector. Set aside some time, grab a buddy, watch our application video and you'll be fine. Not into DIY? Add application at checkout for 449 kr per grill or 749 kr per Complete Set.
How durable is it – and why not just paint?
All side skins are laminated, so the print is protected from scratches while the skin protects your SOUNDBOKS. Paint is permanent and gets ruined when it's damaged. A skin bonds strongly, but can be removed without residue – so you can swap designs or rebrand later.
Can I put a skin on a painted SOUNDBOKS?
We don't recommend it. Adhesion depends on the paint – some paints repel the skin. On the grill, the paint can also shine through.
Can I design my own skin?
Yes, go to Custom skin and use the designer (it works best on a computer). Vector files like SVG, AI, PDF or EPS give the best result. If you only have an image, use the highest resolution you've got.
Can I use a logo I don't own?
Only with permission. Contact the owner of the logo to get the rights first, then get back to us.
Do you offer discounts on larger orders?
Yes. 10–49 units: 10% off. 50+ units: 20% off. Discounts will be applied at checkout.
Can I return my skin?
Premade and solid skins can be returned within 14 days, as long as they haven't been applied. Custom skins are made just for you, so they can't be returned. See our refund policy for details.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Not yet. We're working on expanding to more countries.
