Right of Withdrawal (Standard Products)

Premade and solid designs have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. Unused gift cards can be withdrawn within 14 days of purchase.


To withdraw, use our online withdrawal form or send us a clear statement at contact@soundframe.dk before the deadline. Please include your order number. You may use the form at the end of this policy, but you do not have to.


Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us you are withdrawing. You choose the carrier and pay the return shipping costs. Please keep your shipping receipt and send us a copy or the tracking number. We recommend using a tracked service.

You may be liable for any reduced value of the goods if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.


Custom & Personalized Products (No 'Fortrydelsesret')

Please note that customized products, including foil with personal logos, custom colours and text are strictly exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal / return policy in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftalelovens § 18, stk. 2, nr. 3 regarding goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized).


Once your custom order has been placed and production begins, the order cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery before installation.

  • If your foil is damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect due to a production error on our end, contact us immediately at contact@soundframe.dk with clear photos of the issue.

  • You have the right to complain about defective goods under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Damage caused by improper installation or surface preparation is not a product defect.

  • If your order is defective or we sent the wrong item, we cover the reasonable return shipping costs. Contact us first, and we will send you a return label.


Refunds

We refund your payment, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using your original payment method. We may wait until we have received the goods or proof that you have sent them.
